YOUR FIRST HIRING QUALIFICATION IS TO READ THIS CAREFULLY.
EXPERIENCED window washers start at $13 per hour, increased to $15 after 2 months.
No experience trainees start at $11 per hour with an increase to $13 after 2 months.
Job bonuses are added to base pay after 60 day probationary period.
After one year, you will average $18-$20 per hour.
Window Cleaning EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
However, high quality people we will train.
1) Clean cut look and neat appearance with little or no visible tattoos.
2) Clean criminal record (No Felonies - we'll discuss misdemeanors).
We run a background check.
4) Proven experience talking and working with customers.
NO HEAVY ACCENTS.
5) Must live within 10 miles of Westheimer & Kirkwood area to report in by 8:
30 AM.
6) No fear of moderate heights; we often work on 3 story townhouses.
7) Ability to lift a 45 lb.
ladder (which is not really that heavy).
8) Preferred height 5' 9 or taller to reach top of ground floor windows without step ladder.
9) Have a good reputation with previous supervisors.
10) High School Graduate.
11) No smokers, no drug users.
Testing is possible.
