Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone system Assist in organizing/running special company events, such as open houses, home shows, etc Assist buyers in the design selection process Maintain and update content of company website Assemble and organize job and company files electronically and physically Review builder floor plans Review take - offs and adjust material for new construction jobs Order material for new construction jobs Schedule contractors for new construction jobs Work with City Housing Department employees for new construction jobs Prepare permit applications by retrieving site plan, drainage plan and submitting to the City Prepare plans and submit to the city for permitting Walkthroughs with buyers Create Contract Addendums & Amendments Meet and Greet with Potential Clients Compensation:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
