Head Maintenance Technician
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Service minor plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, and other repairs daily.
Handle on-call duties whenever needed.
Supervise maintenance technicians.
Supervise and direct the lawn maintenance crew.
Replace walkway light bulbs as needed.
Replace exterior garage lights and light bulbs as needed.
Order supplies and communicate with vendors.
Assist in distribution of flyers and other material.
Assist in picking up litter.
Maintain a clean and orderly shop.
Adheres to company key/gate remote procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Must be prompt, on time to work and have good, regular attendance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma.
Bilingual required (Able to speak English and Spanish).

years of on-site property management/facility maintenance experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be knowledgeable of OSHA regulations.
Must be willing to work evenings or weekends (on call) in the case of an emergency.
