Human Resources Generalist (Houston, TX)
Excellent opportunity to grow career at NW Houston manufacturing facility. Non union manufacturing facility seeking HR Generalist with responsibilities for two local plants. Company manufactures product for multiple industries including oil and gas, marine, food and beverage, and industrial manufacturing suppliers.
Primary duties include employee relations, coaching management team, training and development, recruitment, assisting benefits team with benefits administration. Sit at the table with the management team for this 100 employee company. Be a Business Partner with the best.
Required is a four year degree, preferably (but not required) in HR, with prior manufacturing experience and at least three to five years in HR. Absolutely no job hoppers and must be US citizen. HR experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment is a big plus. Must be bilingual.
