Sourcing Administrator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Houston, TX.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform all job duties of Sourcing Specialist as needed.
- Assist Sourcing & Finance functions with analysis of cost & risk.
- Align business needs with existing preferred suppliers.
- Communicate results to business & functional leaders.
- Assist assignment leaders with drafting scope of work
- Issue Requests For Quote (RFQs)/Conduct e-Auctions
- Invoice Resolution Issues
- Register Suppliers in the Approved Vendor's List.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as an admin or sourcing function.
- Two (2) plus years Oil & Gas Experience
- Two (2) plus years Sourcing Experience
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
- Must be able to work with subject matter experts to execute testing procedures
- Must be able to work independently but yet interface with other technical employees on a regular basis
- Must be able to interface with suppliers
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
- Preference given to applicants with experience in financial and/or statistical modelling.
- Knowledge of vendor competitive bidding and approval process
- Prior success working with cross-functional teams.
