The candidate will support clients and CPAs at all times. Will manage audit and defense process. Prepare primary responses to IRS requests. Develop audit defense strategies. Review and analyze contracts and documents. Draft and prepare information for presentation to the IRS and State Taxing Authorities. Work closely with clients, CPAs, IRS and State Taxing Authorities. Bar membership is required with 3
years of litigation experience. Strong deposition and trial experience highly preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
