Position Description: The ideal candidate for this position would be a student who majors in sales/marketing degree, who is eager to look for hands on/practical experience and training in marketing and business development area.
Job Scope:
Ability to do cold calling;
Event planning and organization;
Fluent in English and able to speak comfortably on the phone (Spanish speaking ability a plus);
Ability to keep track of call progress and follow-up with clients;
Ability to develop marketing materials;
No experience required as structured training is provided.
Daily Requirements:
Need to make 100 dials a day (about 3 hours on the phone).
Will talk to 30 people from these 100 dials.
Will set at least 2 appointments from these 30 people.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a Sales/Marketing Major;
10am to 3pm Monday through Thursday;
Paid every 2 weeks;
Professional attire only.
Compensation:
$8 per hour plus bonuses per appointment set plus free training in any career field we offer.
$10 for each appointment set. $10 for each appointment closed and successful.
Estimated daily compensation: ($8 X 20 hours per week)
($20 X 6 appointments per week)
Compensation per week: $280 per week for only 20 hours of work
Estimated compensation per hour (if you hit the daily targets): $14 per hour
Compensation: $14 per hour if you hit daily targetsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
