Marketing MANAGER (Project Management) - HOUSTON
As a right hand to the VP of Marketing, the Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing and sales support programs to drive membership, profitability, and market share. Responsible for planning, delivering, and measuring the effectiveness of all marketing materials related to recruitment, enrollment, member services and other projects as needed.
You will assist in the planning and development of marketing collateral, communications and programs for all markets, product lines and key stakeholders, based on CMS approved marketing guidelines or other regulatory guidelines. Lead the development of required sales and marketing pre- and post-enrollment materials with all new lines of business and partners, based on CMS approved marketing guidelines or other regulatory guidelines. Provide Traffic Manager and Marketing VP weekly project status reports. Shepherd all marketing materials and collateral through the internal review process including proofing, stakeholder review, brand review and Compliance review, approval and filing. Review, edit and proofread communication content for accuracy, customer experience and adherence to brand guidelines as well as marketing best practices.
Develop concepts of basic local market campaign plans and create project scopes for designers, copywriters, ad agencies, and other vendors as needed. Proactively identify opportunities to standardize and maximize effectiveness of materials across market and product lines in support of acquiring, retaining and supporting members, agents and providers. Provide writing and editing support for all communication materials. Support campaigns, monitor rollout, work with Marketing Managers to develop target criteria and evaluation metrics, measure and report results.
Manage the delivery of projects to agreed-upon deadlines.Keep all Marketing staff and leadership informed of project status and escalate any delivery critical issues to satisfactory resolution.
Responsible for managing and training others on policies and procedures for materials development to maintain consistency and quality throughout all market and product lines.
Utilize internal resources and outside vendors to develop marketing materials with consistent design and messaging across all markets. Oversee projects sourced to outside vendors, as assigned (e.g. translation of documents). Assist in event coordination and execution, as assigned.
Monitor and maintain adequate marketing material/supplies to support sales teams.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Gather and compile market research and competitive intelligence.
Complies with all guidelines established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and guidelines set forth by other regulatory agencies.
Ideal candidate will have previous experience with Medicare Advantage Plans. SOLID project management skills with attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or marketing with 3
yrs marketing experience. Experience working in a matrixed environment.
Exp with with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at the intermediate level at a minimum. Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects at one time . Customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with providers, third party payers, physicians, and staff from all departments within and outside the Company. Analytical and interpretation skills including departmental, utilization, financial and operations data. Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule daily activities for the most efficient use of time.Problem solving skills with the ability to look for root causes and implementable, workable solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.with strict deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
