Job Description:
We are looking for a Production Manager with manufacturing experience in couplings and CNC Machining experience.
Company provides oilfield services to the oil and gas industry: threading, couplings, inspection, pipe repair, accessories, tools and drill pipe rental services.
Main Objective of Job of the Production Manager:
To provide operations leadership and excellence to deliver a world-class couplings operation. Manage all site related functions in the safest and most efficient manner ensuring the highest level of quality is maintained.
Education/Qualification:
Bachelor's degree. Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience working in a manufacturing with at least 3 years in management and leadership role required. Experience in couplings /treading business is highly desired. Preferred experience with EMAG Machines, Mori Seiki, also to be experienced with Fanuc or Siemens Controls.

Duties, Responsibilities & Key tasks:
X Accountable for supervising threading and couplings operations;
X Responsible for efficient production scheduling and inventory management;
X Lead, direct and manage all activities of the shop workforce to ensure business objectives are achieved which include safety, production, quality, cost and delivery;
X Proactively promote and create a safe work environment for hourly production associates; Provide employees with the tools and resources necessary to work safely;
X Effectively communicate shop policies and procedures. Assure compliance to shop policies and rules;
X Provide technical support to the sales people on the capabilities of the shop;
X Additional job duties as necessary to facilitate shop operation.

Bottom Line Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
