Payment Processing Analyst

Review and enter customer data for payment processing utilizing a Treasury Workstation
Ensure Business Unit and Legal Entity data is entered accurately for each customer
Ensure each new customer set-up has been entered and is authorized
Work closely with the wire analysts to ensure timely payment processing
Respond timely and accurately to inquiries on customer set-up status
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Experience:
1 to 2 years of work experience in a corporate cash operations or accounts payable environment
Prior experience with Fed wire transfer, ACH, & SWIFT
Prior experience with electronic bank payment systems and/or a TMS system such as Wall Street Systems Suite, Openlink, SunGuard or similar product.
Requirements:
Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a minimum of 2 years of related experience; Bachelor's degree a plus
Knowledge of wire clearing systems and associated bank messaging (e.g. SWIFT/BAI)
Must possess strong interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
Proficient in Microsoft office specifically Excel
Strong data entry skills and quality results and be able to work independently and with a team
