Functional Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include requirements analysis, process analysis, documentation, change management reviews, and research/analysis of various Control Room Management related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Work with others to define and implement processes around the Control Room Management compliance area. This would include data flows, workflow context, business process modeling, and documenting detailed requirements for the Compliance area of the Control Systems IT group.
- Create/Update documentation around Standard Operating Procedures, Training of SOPs, and Review/Auditing supporting documentation
- Work with the Change Management processes and applications to help ensure compliance with Spectra's SOPs around Control Room Management
- Assist with analysis of issues discovered with CRM and/or Gas Control as needed

years experience in an analyst/junior project manager role
2. Proficient with MS Word
3. Intermediate MS Excel
4. Excellent communications skills
5. Knowledge of SQL server, SQL, and SQL reporting services
6. Excellent written communications skills
7. Ability to multi-task
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
9. Excellent organizational skills
10. Ability to quickly and effectively adjust priorities and goals in changing circumstancesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
