Responsibilities
Responsible for the Hydraulic Systems of the ROV Offshore fleet
Design of hydraulic systems of new ROV's and Tooling for ROV's
Design of hydraulic systems of new Subsea Machines and Systems (PRS, CRT, etc.)
Mechanical design of structures for subsea equipment with SolidWorks and FEA Analysis
Coordination for cost, time & feasibility estimation on projects for the ROV's
Desired Skills and Experience
Education: BS or MS degree in Mechanical or Hydraulics
engineering
Experience: 7+ years in the ROV and/or Robotics Hydraulics Design and Engineering
Special Skills/Knowledge: Hydraulic Systems, ROV Design, Offshore Hydraulics Applications, Subsea Robotic Hydraulics
PDM management
Expertise of the following software packages: SolidWorks (CAD), SolidWorks PDM enterprise (PDM), and SolidWorks simulation (FEA)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
