Gunther Douglas' global client is seeking an HR/Recruiting Project Manager for a 9 month contract opportunity in Houston, TX.

Overview:
As the Recruiting / HR Project Manager, the focus will be on project management, support (including the development, maintenance and delivery), and reporting of recruiting analytics for the Energy Technical organization within the company. The Recruiting / HR Project Manager provides the organization with robust, proactive and reliable recruitment analytics and business intelligence to support informed decision making and drive meaningful action. Supports cross-functional collaborative efforts to identify key business issues, trends and root causes which will enable the organization to achieve its strategic objectives. Demonstrates sound business judgment in the performance of complex analysis. Individual will need a strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors, operations and data, the ability to gather business requirements, create reports, obtain needed data and provide analysis and summarize findings. Will serve as a subject matter expert for recruiting analytics and reporting capabilities for the business line. This role will be the a key point of contact for hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders as they work toward achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans, headcount reconciliation, completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change when necessary.

Responsibilities:
o Accountable for tracking, analysis and reporting of Recruiting / HR metrics for effective management. This includes collecting, analyzing, interpreting data and creating reports to measure organization effectiveness.
o Tracks, monitors, and reconciles requisitions vs. budgeted positions in accordance with guidelines.
o Monitors budget activity and prepares reports and analysis of budget vs. variance and identify and effect any measures that need to be taken o Designs and executes ad-hoc and cyclical reporting and analysis through consultative collaboration with HR partners and stakeholder organizations
o Partners with HR Business Partners, Global Recruiting Team, Global Business Leaders and managers to prepare and present accurate reporting and key strategic operational analytics. Participates in scheduled /ad-hoc meetings and calls with Global Partners. o Translates and frames data to communicate complex issues in a logical, concise and practical manner - able to identify and prioritize the right metrics
o Effectively collects, cleans, analyzes, and interprets extensive data to identify human capital trends in order to identify opportunities and advisable actions that optimize talent and drive business results
o Clearly communicates and presents findings and recommendations to a variety of audiences
o Delivers high quality, accurate work products in a timely manner

Minimum
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in organization development, Business, Finance, or other related business degree
o Minimum 5 years work experience in
human resources
completing relevant analytical work, eg creation, preparation, tracking and analysis of dashboard/graphical data/metrics, budgets, etc.
o Proficient in advanced technologies of MS Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, advanced charting
o Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors (or other ATS systems), SAP and Microsoft office environment (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other data analysis systems o Demonstrated experience project managing complex and high volume recruiting or HR projects
o Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills, with a strong orientation to detail
o Ability to translate data into meaningful information to manage the business
o Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced team environment within a high performance environment.
o Proven ability to execute process improvements and/or initiatives
o Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills with the ability to understand, interpret and display/present the data for ease of understanding
o Demonstrated ability to manage relationships through influence, partnership and collaboration required
o Strong team work and collaboration skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
